1. Form Fill-up: Complete Google form with your background, goals, and mentoring needs
2. Initial WhatsApp Communication (2 Sessions): Have two preliminary conversations with your mentor via WhatsApp to discuss expectations, assess compatibility & schedule.
3. Mentee Satisfaction Checkpoint: Evaluate your experience with the initial sessions and confirm whether you want to proceed with the full mentoring program.
4. Payment: Complete the payment 15,000 BDT (Bkash/Band a/c) for the mentoring program once you decide to move forward.
5. Mentoring Starts: Begin the structured mentoring sessions for 40 Day with your mentor according to the agreed schedule. Three online sessions (whatsapp/Zoom) in a week and each session will be 30 to 40 min. After 40 Day, a two-month follow-up communication through WhatsApp.
6. Refund Option (Within 1 Week): Request a full refund if you're unsatisfied with the mentoring experience within the first week of starting.
7. Follow-up Phase (2 Months via WhatsApp) Receive ongoing support and check-ins from your mentor through WhatsApp for two months after the main mentoring period ends.
